Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with great amenities including a mini bar and iPad access. Lovely bar and restaurant on the ground floor, witnessed a beautiful wedding from our room. A perfect stay for exploring the city.

The hotel is located on a quiet street yet still close to the Metro, making it convenient to explore the city. It is situated in a beautiful neighborhood with two metro stations very closeby, providing easy access to various attractions such as Avenue des Champs-Élysées. the hotel is just a short metro ride away from the Louvre-Rivoli area, allowing for convenient sightseeing.

I was delighted with the beautiful terrace in our room at Hotel De Sers Champs Elysees. It offered a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, making our stay even more memorable. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The attentive and knowledgeable concierge staff was an added bonus, always providing helpful recommendations and ensuring our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Paris.

The location was great, just a short walk from Champs Elysees. The staff at check-in were very helpful and welcoming. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The lobby had a lovely bar and restaurant. a pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the popular attractions. We loved being able to easily walk to the main shopping street and explore the city on foot. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

The room service was quite expensive for what we received. We decided to try it one night and were disappointed by the high prices and mediocre quality of the food.

the spa center was an ideal place for relaxation with its sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and full body massage options. the outdoor dining area with its special diet menus was perfect for my dietary needs. the room advantages such as the private facilities and in-room breakfast were unique and tasteful.

Despite this small hiccup, the rest of the facilities and services were top-quality and unforgettable.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Hotel De Sers Champs Elysees. The location was perfect, just off the bustling Avenue Montaigne and Champs Elysees. The room I stayed in on the 5th floor was quiet and allowed me to sleep peacefully with the window open. The continental breakfast offered was simple but satisfying, and the small bar had a great selection of high-quality wines. The reception and door staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I will definitely be making this hotel my go-to choice in Paris from now on. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Hotel is superbly located in a beautiful neighborhood, close to Avenue des Champs-Élysées and two metro stations. It offers easy access to bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service with a smile. The room is in very good condition and the hotel is well-maintained and sanitized. Neg: The breakfast could be better, with limited options and extra charges for items like eggs.
